Troy Rambo, Chief Financial Officer

Troy Rambo’s three decades of comprehensive experience in finance and accounting, with over twenty years gained while working specifically with two of the largest national affordable housing providers, make him uniquely qualified to serve as Chief Financial Officer at Sawmill Road Management Company.



His expertise extends from forecasting and asset management to acquisition, underwriting, site review and seller negotiations. In addition to understanding all aspects of business operations, Troy shares SRMC’s personal commitment to high-quality affordable housing that serves communities and uplifts residents. 

He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Capital University and has completed additional coursework from the Chicago Booth School of Business, Harvard Business School of Executive Education and The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.
